- Scrip — At Tacoma Waldorf School we have a program which allows families to purchase their local retailer cards through the school office as a fundraising program. Retailers such
as Fred Meyer, Metropolitan Market, Marlene’s Market & Deli, Starbucks, and many more participate by allowing our school to purchase these cards at a discounted rate and then the school
supporter can purchase them for their face value through the school office. The difference is monies raised as a fundraiser for TWS.
- For example a family that shops at Fred Meyer can buy their monthly purchase amount in Fred Meyer Retailer cards at the school office for their face value. TWS then pays the discounted
rate to Fred Meyer for the cards and keeps the rest as a fundraiser.
- This opportunity makes your families regular shopping a way to raise monies for the school with very little effort. A win win for everyone.

- Corporate Matching —
- Many companies offer matching of funds for their employees. Tacoma Waldorf School willing works with these companies if they have a donor that has donated to the school. If you think
that your place of work does indeed match donations please contact the Development Committee at development@tacomawaldorf.org
